Faxing On The Move

The SkyBooth fax to email service allows you to be completely global. You can receive and send faxes simply by utilising your email account or logging into your My Booth control portal. Virtual faxing has never been so reliable and so easy to use. And, it is FREE with any active 1300 or 1800 number with Skybooth.

Once you activate a Fax to Email service with SkyBooth, you will be able to use that service as an answer point for your 1300 or 1800 number. Your customers can then fax to your number, our system will automatically convert the fax to a .pdf document, attach it to an email and email that document to your nominated email address which you will have chosen during the fax to email activation, simple!
It's simple!
You can complete sending of faxes in one of two ways;

  • Email to Fax - Send a fax to our dedicated fax server. You will need to email to faxnumber@fax.skybooth.com.au and attach a .pdf document to the email or,
  • My Booth Login - Login to your My Booth control panel and go to the Faxout section. Simply upload the .pdf document, insert the receiving parties fax phone number and follow the simple steps. The send process is also clearly highlighted to you within the control panel to allow you to monitor the sending of your faxes.
There are no additional monthly charges for the fax to email service. The following is a detailed description of how the call charges work on the SkyBooth fax to email;

  • Receiving - there are no extra inbound charges for faxes received, you will simply charged at the standard 1300 or 1800 number call rates,
  • Sending - sending faxes will cost you 6c per minute.
tip:How about activating two 1300 or 1800 numbers, giving you one for phone calls and a separate one for faxes from your clients? Then simply add a Free fax to email service to the 1300 1800 number that you will use for incoming faxes.
