IVR is "tech speak" for Integrated Voice Response and is commonly referred to as an Auto Attendant. You have probably experienced a greeting when you call a phone number whereby an audio prompts you to "Please Press 1 for Sales or Press 2 for Support..etc..". You can create an IVR Menu in seconds with the SkyBooth online control platform, upload your own personalised sound files and land your 1300 or 1800 number to your new service at the click of a button.

Yes, the SkyBooth platform is fully manageable including the creation and uploading of your own customised sound files. You can record the files in a number of compatible formats including .wav, mp3, .wma and more. You are also given control over all relevant sound files including;

  • Intital Greeting,
  • Instruction File,
  • Bad Keypress and,
  • Timeout Warning.
If you would like the files professionally recorded by the available SkyBooth voice talents, be sure to speak with the team and we can organise the files on your behalf.
tip:Separate the greeting and instruction audio files. This will ensure no false keypresses can occur while the official greeting is heard by your caller. Check out the sound file zone within My Booth for more information and details on this important tip.
