- Initial Greeting - The is the main branding or company name and introduction,
- Instruction File - A separate file that will be the instructions to the caller of which key to press and why. This file is separated because the system will be live and ready to here keypress tones as soon as this file begins,
- Bad Keypress - A file notifying the caller they have made an incorrect keypress,
- Time Out - This file will play when there has been a number of seconds passed without any keypress made. The time out duration will be set as mentioned above.
You can also test the sound files before going live with your IVR Menu service by dialing the special numbers advised to you within the IVR Menu control panel in My Booth. This process allows you to only check the audio files you have uploaded and not actually place calls out of the system.
Keypress Allocation - All keys on a phone keypad can be assigned. You can choose to have the keypress make an outbound call, (including an overflow option), or replay the Instruction audio file.
