Routing Options

Single Answer Point - Choose to land your customer calls to any existing fixed line, mobile phone line or VoIP based phone number.

Overflow to Multiple Numbers - Activate multiple landing numbers in a list and overflow the calls through them in the required order. You have control of the order and ring timeout before an overflow.

Time of Day - Create specific time based rules to deliver calls to relevant phone numbers based on a specific day and time period.

State Based Routing - Land calls for each state to individual answer points. This is perfect for the business with state based offices.

Regional Routing - SkyBooth have created preset regions which group together specific suburbs. You are able to set routing instructions for each region where your business may have multiple stores.

Postcode Routing - Routing has been refined to allow each postcode in Australia to have it's own answering point configuration or, group together multiple postcodes where required. This is a direct routing feature, speak with the SkyBooth team about the additional postcode key press technology.


Special Features

Assign Caller ID - If you have multiple numbers landing to the same answer point, SkyBooth allows you to add your own identifying number for a call coming in from each 1300 or 1800 number.

Call Recording - Want to record calls for training purposes or to maintain a record of customer interactions? You have control of this recording feature within the My Booth portal.

Call Announcement - Sometimes referred to as "Whisper Mode" this feature announces the incoming call to the answering phone line prior to connecting you to your caller.

Block Incoming Calls - Identify nuisance numbers and block them from calling you. Alternatively, you can disable calls from a particular state or prefix.
